I came here with some cousins of mine and it was amazing! First off, the service was nice and quick. I got calamari to share with my cousins and it was delicious. I shared a pizza with them as well which was good. Overall, this was great and I would definitely come back!
Best Italian restaurant in San Diego without a doubt! We Sicilians are fussy, and thank God these guys exist. We eat here almost every Thursday, it's THAT GOOD! Awesome Italian-focused wine list and fabulous food quality! If you've never had a CALZONE, it's time to start! The Grigliata (incredibly fresh, grilled seafood platter) is my go-to, unless I crave pasta... And you can't go wrong. Flavio, Sazá, and Giovanni are the warm and welcoming brothers who own it, and if you're lucky, you might even catch Zio Vincenzo on certain nights. Nobody will bend over backwards like these guys... They're the real deal.
Pasta and pizza were amazing. We got the Squid ink linguini and it was delicious. Seafood was fresh, pasta clearly made in house and I'd order it again. Tiramisu was highly disappointing because the coffee flavor was too weak and it was soaked too long so it felt very mushy. Parking: There is a parking structure around the block from the restaurant.
