Shrimps and Tony's

Went there tonight. First time I went a month or so ago I had no issues. But I also only ordered one thing so I guess that’s why. Tonight I spent $40 in this establishment. Sat there patiently waiting for my order as I have small children and asked for some special requests. Get home after waiting almost 30 minutes for the food, nachos with no cheese, no sour cream. Chicken and shrimp asked to fried hard, soggy and undercooked. Fries not cooked at all. Called, manager wouldn’t speak with me at first, finally he got on the phone saying I could bring it all back and they would recook it for me. And since they didn’t charge me for my special request I should be okay.

Very clean! Great attitudes on the workers. The food is phenomenal! You gotta check it out! Gyro was a bit overcooked but delicious! Thanks guys!

The guy was super rude when my card declined. I apologized and used Apple Pay and forgot to unlock my card. He had the worse attitude. Sighed really loud while slapping his hand on the counter. And rolled his eyes. Literally hurt my feelings and I’m a regular. Nasty attitude
