Showmars Little Rock

Wow. Just pure awful service. They didn't even get my single meal to-go order right. I was missing half of it. When I walked in I was not greeted and was stared at. No greeting or asking what I need. I told the cashier my name for my order. No response. The Shomars employee couldn't even prepare the condiments for my to-go order without stopping and texting on his phone. A majority of employees were talking or on their phones. The manager of this place needs to clean house. Sad. I love to visit a Shomars when I'm in Charlotte. I'll do my research next time.

Don't order online. I called about canceling an online order and the girl who answered told me an order was never placed. After I got an update saying I was charged and my food was delivered to the middle of nowhere I called back and another girl told me I was scammed and there was nothing I could do about it. After I asked to speak with a manger to clear up the situation 10 seconds passed and the same person answered the phone. After I played along she siad I would be issued a refund it would just take a few days, I offered them my order number and information and she said she didnt need it. It has been about 4 weeks and still no refund was ever issued, the staff just lied and impersonated a manager and probably stole my order.

First take out call they hung up. Called again asked to hold could hear all background noise. I was headed to the food lion ..held for approximately 15 minutes. While still on hold entered the showman’s advised the staff I was on hold. Told no one was on hold I asked them to say anything out loud. When they heard their voice they realized I was on hold. Talked to the manager on duty explained calmly the issue. She advised I was here now so I could order. I only expect the minimal degree of customer service at an establishment such as showman’s none was received. Not one employee expressed any regret for their actions and how they would address the issues. Asked for owners contact none given thus the reason for this review. By the way the fish sandwich was almost inedible. Will never return again!
