Denise is the best server! She made our experience amazing. The food was great, but Denise's personality and service is the reason I gave it 5 stars. We have a large family (7 including a toddler and an infant) and Denise takes care of all of our needs. She is amazing!!! Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly, especially Denise. She includes the children in conversation, etc. Parking: Plenty of spots, great location, easy access
We decided to have a piece of Shoney's famous strawberry pie and coffee last evening. Shoney's in Lenoir City has had a new makeover. It is very nice! Our waitress was excellent, and kept our coffee cups full. The pie was fabulous. Go by and check it out!!
Breakfast buffet is excellent and kept well stocked. Denise, server, is an all around great human and takes her job serious. Great interpersonal skills, prompt service, sense of humor, attends to her patrons very well. Epitome of service excellence and example for all other servers to emulate!
