Shogun Restaurant

It has been several years since I went to Shogun specifically for sushi. They remodeled the entire sushi bar area, and the new design is beautiful, warm, and modern. We ordered a few roles, and none of them matched the description (photos on the menu). I honestly didn't even notice because I am always hungry and want to eat my food. Apparently, avocado was missing, and I talked to our waiters (Brian, who was amazing, by the way), and he said they can prepare new roles for us or take those items off the bill. I really liked their customer service and willingness to address the problem. I will definitely go back. They are pretty consistent with the quality of their food and care about their customers.

Came in to celebrate a birthday. Food was delicious..our cook Jose was great. Wait was quick for a party of 5. Would love to return again.

I come here as an alternative to Benihana's sometimes because it is closer to my home. My husband and I went a little early to avoid the crowd on a Friday evening. Our waiter Dustin (Dusty) was great. He was attentive and engaging, however the chef not so much. He greeted us and asked a few questions in the beginning since it was just my husband and I. He cooked our food and that was it. No show, no other engagement what so ever. He forgot his knife and our rice, needless to say he wasn't prepared. One of the most unpleasant experiences thus far.
