I called my order in at 12:03 (open beef, Mediterranean melt, baklava). I was told it would be ready in 20-25 minutes. I went in at 12:25 and they were pretty busy. I waited in line for a little more than 5 minutes before someone asked to help me. I gave them my name and was told my order wasn't ready, it would be another 10 minutes. I went out to my car and waited 15 minutes before going back in. When I got in, I asked if my order was ready, it was not. Eventually I got my order and asked if the baklava was in there... it wasn't. At 1:00 I walked out with my order. I got home at 1:10 and discovered there was no dressing for the salad and the melt was cold. This was unusual for this place. My wife and I order out from here frequently and have never had a problem. We understand they were very busy and short staffed. It's quite frustrating waiting for an hour to get a food order only to find it is incomplete and less than expected. Again, normally we don't have any proble

Our server was lovely. I'm bad for not getting her name. Super home fries w onions (a touch crispy like I love them) scrambled eggs and diced ham. Coffee quite good. Whole dining area had tons of natural light. Very pleasant 1st visit and look forward to going back.
