Always fast service when ordering HOTT food even though the place is always slammed busy. Store is open and clean, workers are always friendly, and the atmosphere is comfortable.

No sense explaining this rating when they're too busy increasing prices instead of focusing on food quality. The lack of action on customer concerns, miserable employees and awful service at the MTO is indicative of a larger issue at corporate. This brand is not what it used to be.

I received a call from one of the managers saying that they decided to move forward with my application. I was happy that I found a company that was willing to give me a chance, but then today I went in to I guess start my training and was told that I wouldn't be able to be hired because my ID was expired and for me to take care of that issue. I explained that I did not have the money to do It right away and that when I did I would do It and let them know, well I received an email stating that the same position I was hired for was just posted back on Indeed and that It was open again. I truly did not expect that to happen smh, but I was always told when one door is slammed on your face...turn to another and you would find what your looking for...Acceptance.
