Well start with extreme dirty exterior, garbage strewn everywhere. Wrong food made. Customer dropped drink accidentally and mgr just sort of left it. No spill signs put up. It did get cleaned up eventually, but it was certainly not a priority. See if you can spot the issue with the food vs the order slip.

Wow... This is not your average sheetz location. The food line lacked any supervisory or management staff. 3-4 Employees were overwhelmed and they just looked lost. There were 8 orders on the pick up area and none of them were for the 10-12 guests waiting. I don't know if its a lack of training or poor management, but something isn't right at this store. Bonus : One register was down and the coolers were half empty.

Sheetz used to be my go to for a snack BUT they recently changes their mozzarella sticks AND they boxes so they give you a lot less food when you order the chicken bites in thei appetizer trio. I was so sad by this, went 3 different times bc I thought it was me or juat the crew but nope, same result.
