Shawarma House

Terrible all around. Gyro plater was very disappointing. Bland, dry meat. Rice was flavorless and overdone, crunchy pieces throughout. Tomatoes were cut into 3 large pieces, mushy. Ordered extra pitas and was given a bag with small, dried out, crumbling pitas. Very expensive for the small portions. Located close to work and yet all the food showed up barely warm.

I landed in Milwaukee airport on Tuesday night and had enough time to order a falafel sandwich with extra fries on my way to the hotel so that I get food ASAP. I am 100% sure that I added a very kindly note to avoid Tahini in my food, and also send Mayo instead of ketchup. Also I needed utensils and checked that box too. The food was delivered really quickly but none of this instructions was taken care of. I called the restaurant and explained the problem and THREE different people talked to me without helping me at all. The first guy told me he refunds me, they changed his mind and pass the phone to someone else. The second guy was not a native English speaker neither (so nor am I! But you need someone who can communicate with your customers in English) and again passed the phone. The third guy first told me he knows me and I am their loyal customer!!! I told him they are mistaken me with someone else and it’s my first time in Milwaukee, then he said there is no note and he can take a

The absolute best food in town! I love their menu, it's absolutely delicious and the talented chefs make it perfect every time I go. I come here soo often, it is always a wonderful time, I always pay an extra tip because the experience is 100% the best. Keep up the great work!
