Great Food and Service. Best Rated Sharks in the area. Food always fresh and the Lemon Pepper is the Bomb Parking: On the corner of Halsted and Lincoln Hwy, easy in and out very visible very clean.
No customer service and rude! Especially if a minority. Do not give this place your business. There are SO many other Sharks and reputable restaurants nearby.
This will be my last time coming to this Sharks. The food was not ready in 12 minutes like the lady stated. It took them 45 minutes. Why do you bother to call in your order if they don't start it until you arrive. And then they gave me some over cooked redropped chicken that was cooked in old oil. The chicken was hard and taste of old grease. This is the third time, this has happened. When I called to complain no answer. Three strikes and your out. Don't waste your money.
