Shari's Cafe and Pies

This place is ridiculous waited over an hour for are food and when we finally got it the soup was stone cold and had moldy onions on it. Then after we ordered and they brought us are drinks they never brought us the drink for my kids till I had to ask for it when they finally brought us are food(I could never ask before cause they where never around to ask). I don't like to say anything bad about restaurants now specially nowadays cause I know it's hard with not having enough people and the customers getting ruder mowadays but this made me never want to eat at Shari's again.... this place messed up so bad I had to leave this restaurant cause i couldn't take it anymore and go somewhere else to eat

Understaffed, poor communication. Food was decent, although after 45 minutes to be seated (3 adults, 1 5 yr old and a baby) anything was good at that point. Server was great, just spread too thin.

server was nice, however the food quality was poor. the fruit was visibly gross yet she served it to me anyways. my daughter's Belgian waffle was hardly cooked and soggy and my son's fries were barely cooked either. was pretty disappointed with Shari's food the last couple times I've ate there, not just this location, Gladstone sucked too!
