I got a pork plate w fries & mac-n-chesc. Love the spicy sauce. Just not as much as when the food is hot. #HotFoodIsBetter. Mac tested like box Mac i w/powered chess add a little cheddar call it mac-n-chess. So the food could good if it was hot except the Mac can be better it is wasn't cheap powder chess, from a box. Cheap food is sad food for a restaurant.
Giving 3 stars due to staff! The food was amazing as always however listening to staff curse repeatedly from the kitchen very loudly was so unpleasant. It makes me not want to return. My family has always enjoyed coming to Shane's until tonight. I'm so disappointed!
We usually call in an order to go or eat in the dining room, but tonight I tried their app for the first time. It was so easy to use. It said my order would be ready in 15 min (this is at 5:30pm). I walked in right on time and it was ready to go. The cashier was very friendly and smiling and it was a great experience. Took off one star because the chicken fingers seem to have shrunk a bit since last time and were a little dry. Everything else was perfect.
