Like all Shane's, this place is really good. It's a BBQ joint so it has to be placed in a certain category. But even then the food is great, the location is clean with a nice atmosphere. Portions are plentiful and the daily specials are affordable. Lots of options on the menu.
So incredibly impressed by the customer service at the Cumberland location. They initially forgot a large part of my order through Uber Eats, but when I called the store directly they immediately apologized and had THEIR OWN EMPLOYEE drive the remainder of the order to the office within minutes. Absolutely above and beyond.
I am a regular customer at Shane’s on Annistown Rd in Snellville. I love love love their ribs. Today I bought a full rack with a side of sweet potato fries and a side salad. Attached is what I received for a salad. Even in this terrible economic I was not expecting this for a side with a meal that cost almost 30 bucks. Extremely disappointed ????.
