Shan Hu Chinese Restaurant

Food was great, pork a little overdone, but the vegetables had distinct flavor(many Chinese restaurants' veggies don't carry much flavor themselves other than cardboard or the sauce they're drenched in). Id recommend a combo. The hot and sour soup was superb, the wood ear mushrooms were exceptional. Ya I know they're just wood ears but I'd love to have their supply. Most places don't have the quality. Hope its consistent!

We ordered delivery to our hotel near the airport. The food arrived fast, hot and right to our door. Just what we needed after a stressful travel day. You could tell the dumplings and spring rolls were handmade and fresh. Food was not over salted and full of flavor! Wish we had Chinese food this good in Colorado.

i am SO pleasantly surprised by Shan Hu!! a coworker had suggested chinese for lunch so i looked through the best reviewed on uber eats and ended up here. when i saw jajangmyeon on the menu i couldn’t believe it!! for $9.99 i got this huge container of noodles and sauce, the kimchi is good, not fermented very long it seems so it’s not as tangy as i’d like but it was still a nice crisp freshness to compliment the noodles! everyone’s food came organized properly as well. very much recommend for a wide variety of asian cuisines! my coworker got pad thai and another ordered kung pao chicken. thanks for a great meal!!!
