Horrible experience! Every person on staff had no Service skills, rude and unprofessional All the beer on tap was warm and flat.The manager was nice and he's seems to be trying but doesn't know how to run a staff quite yet.Another girl took my order wrong and when asked to fix, I'm the bad guy. The girl actually asked her manager if she should charge me a remake fee. This was after 20 minutes of trying to get a beer by the way. After that they tried to upcharge my extra topping with next size up price and tried 75 ends for ranch after all the inconvenience with attitude. I'm ordering to go if I'm ever craving shakeys again or take a drive to upland

I'm sorry but this is horrible after the new ownership Pizza is Frozen dough that makes the pizza thin and untasty it's cold in the middle and they're just going a cheap way and the prices have just gone up chicken is bad and Mojo's do not taste the same we will not be going there no more sorry they were very very good according to the owner has a new recipe or new buyer or something is what I was told
