Shake Shack Vernon Hills

Food was tasty but very small portions for the price. Ordered cheeseburgers and got something a little bigger than a slider. The restaurant itself was dirty for just being opened a couple of hours before we ate there. There was garbage and food on the floors and the ordering tablets, tables and condiment station were sticky and had fingerprints all over them. Ever heard of a mop and some Lysol wipes??? I don’t believe the restaurant had been a cleaned all week from the look of things. Second and last time eating here. At least we gave it a second chance and nothing changed.

Good food, a bit pricey for a malt and a burger, you have to go through the kiosk which was malfunctioning again... Bathroom very messy. Loud music. Watch your knees on the poorly designed table... But still delicious non the less.

Ordered 2 hot dogs and a chocolate shake. I asked about condiments and was told they were self-serve at a station around the corner from the order counter. I got my order and they gave me a strawberry shake, not chocolate. Then, at the self-serve station, the only condiments were packets of mustard and ketchup; no relish, no pickles, no onions, no tomato slices.
