This particular Shake Shack location regularly has issues with quality, accuracy of orders and timeliness. In our most recent visit, they delivered the wrong order; we ordered a two bourbon bacon burgers (one single, one double), and instead received two plain single cheeseburgers. The restaurant took an unconscionably long time to prepare the order for a fast food joint on a late weekday night. To add insult to injury, the burgers were dry and cold.

Hands down it’s my favourite location in the city. Have both dined in and ordered takeout from here. There’s usually a queue upon entering but I usually take the short time to figure out exactly what I want. Wait time is not too long and you watch them freshly prepare your food. Delivery, on the other hand, always arrives extremely quickly. I absolutely adore their shack burgers. I’ve never had a bad tasting or even a bad looking one in all the years I’ve been. The beef is of a good quality and the lettuce and tomato are fresh and crisp. The patties are well seasoned. The chicken sandwich is also very tasty too- honestly, it’s definitely one of the better fast food chicken sandwiches out there. Their milkshakes are always on point. Literally every single one of them are so good. Only downside really are their fries. I’ve never been a fan of them, and I find them really hit and miss. To me, even on their best days, the fries are only just OK and nothing special.
