My first ever visit to Shake Shack was at MSY airport. I posted here on Google how poor that experience was, and it garnered a 1 star from me. I have since given a few other locations another shot, and I have been happy with a consistent experience of good food and good service. I’ve now visited this particular location 3 times while in town for work over the past several months, and I do enjoy it for a quick, but good burger. Come here, but don’t ever get Shake Shack in the airport.

Horrible customer service experience! They over charged me 2x ($50)and refused to refund me my money. Then some young kid working there kept monking and harassing me as I was trying to resolve the situation with someone that said she was the night manager. She the manager I think she said her name was Adrian ignored me and took forever to come to the register. They refused to give me the GM name and contact number. Everyone else just stood around laughing at the kid harassing me. This kid kept asking me am I having a bad day and kept coming to the register to confront me. Corporate and whomever else will be hearing from me soon and I demand my other refund asap. I did not leave with food but a bill. My bank statement today reveals I was indeed charged 2x but the crew did not believe me and displayed RUDE behavior. Overprice burger+ Unprofessional service is a no for me.
