Shake Shack Ladue Crossing

Kids love it as usual. Update: Today, on 5/7/22 the service was beneath McDonalds as the rep slammed my shakes and drink on the counter after inquiring about it. She was very nice to the White lady and child before me. The rep was black. I will only go to the CWE location from now on. If my kids didn't want it, I would just gotten a refund. Also tired of being force to tip for worse service. ????‍????????‍????????‍????????‍???? Features: No mask is needed.

Very disappointed at the customer service and treatment we received at Shake Shack Laude Crossing. We visited the restaurant hoping to try a collaboration chicken sandwich. Upon arrival the cashier (lovely by the way) informed us the burger was available and we would receive the special collaboration sauce with our order. We placed an order of one (1) chicken collaboration burger plus three (3) regular burgers, plus one (1) specialty drink. When we received the order it didn’t include the specialty sauce so I asked for it. Manager in charge assured us our order was complete and that the sauce was $2 dollars. We thanked him and promptly left, without the sauce. Multiple other locations confirmed the sauce was part of the meal. Once we arrived home (after being informed our order was complete) we noticed neither the collaboration chicken sandwich nor the third burger we order was there. Good location and food was delicious as always. It took some time but we could tell they were busy with the rush. I don’t recommend the hot dogs for the price. Can get better at Costco and cheaper.
