Kevin was absolutely fantastic! Tons of positive energy, made the experience next level. Like, did I walk in a Michelin restaurant?? Love how they were offering lemonade samples at this location. I am never disappointed with the shroom burger. I’m a big burger fan so it still surprises me that I can enjoy a non-beef burger so much. It’s just sooo good! I love coming here ????????

For fast food, this is about the best experience you can hope for all around. Although as far as speed goes, I would actually call it "moderate". Considering it's a burger joint, think diner wait times instead of having your burger handed to you 180 seconds after placing the order. The burgers and fries are great. Haven't tried everything on the menu, but the meat is quality, and the taste and texture are exceptional even when they're not cooked rare/medium-rare. Ingredients seem fresh and compliment the sandwich well. Buns are toasted and made for a good texture combination providing you don't leave the sandwich long enough for them to get soggy. I'm a French fry fan, and these taters are crispy, not overly salted and fried to a great consistency. Employees at this location are usually warm and inviting, and during busy periods, the restaurant is often staffed well enough to have folks help you through the self-serve kiosk system where the ordering process happens.
