Shake Shack

50/50 on orders that come out on time AND correct (pick up/order ahead). I've been here maybe 20 times in two years...it's always the same. If you're ordering at this location, you shouldn't have an issue besides waiting a bit longer than expected (75% of my experiences when ordering in).

A good Shake Shack in the chain. This one’s clean, service is prompt, cashiers are friendly. It’s been a good experience. The food tastes fresh and my wait time has never been too long. They have a great system too with a window to pass off pick ups and deliveries that doesn’t overcrowd the store and people wanting to eat inside. Def a good spot to stop in after shopping at the terminal or enjoying an event at the Barclays. Check it out and get a burger ???? ????

This review is based on my visit on July 6, 2023 @ approximately 12:00 P.M. Outside the restaurant is full of e-bikes and scooter. You need agility to navigate through. Once inside, there was no queue. Ordered swiftly. Ate in. Paid with on my phone. Received a numbered tent. Runner brought my food to my table. Everything was tasty. Ordered a chicken sandwich (Chicken Shack), ???? w/ cheese & a large soft drink. While the soft drink is served to you and there is no self-serve soft drink station, there are unlimited refills while you dine in. Just ask the runner for a refill OR go to the counter and ask for a refill. The sandwich was made fresh and was hot and tasty. The ???? were also tasty. You clean up after yourself when you dine in. Feel free to tip the runner if you want.
