Shake Shack Fishers

The service was great. The staff was super friendly. The ordering process was a bit confusing because one area said "cash" but took both cash and credit. This made the ordering kiosk line back up because people were unaware that they could also use the normal cashiers. The sandwich (new hot ones chicken [single] sandwich) was tasty but in my opinion not worth the $9 price tag. The a la cart charging made things a bit expensive. Don't get me wrong, it's not fast food, but it is also not a sit down establishment. So a $15 meal with a tip is a bit steep for the meal I had. The burger and fries were a bit salty, but still tasted good.

I love Shake Shack, I lived in NYC when the original was founded. So, I have standards. They do not have it together at this store. They are slow and can't seem to get the order correct. The drinks aren't mixed in a flavorful way. And whoever made the shack sauce got it wrong today. It tasted like the bottom of a pickle barrel. Danny Meyer wouldn't approve. I still give it 4 stars because the burgers are great!

Soooo good... the service. I had a wonderful lunch eating inside a busy fast food restaurant. There are at least 2 different ways to order when inside. I opted the old fashion way of standing in line to talk to someone. There is an option to order with a tablet mounted on the wall. I was informed by text my food was ready and they also called out my name. There was constant employee presence whether they were returning trays as diners left, or getting refills which were free, so I didn't have to leave my table. It was the best dining experience I've had in a long time and it was in a fast food restaurant. I can't wait until my next visit. I'll be dining in. The food was great by the way.
