Shake Shack First National Building - Downtown Detroit

Excellent burgers, fries and shakes. This store has vey friendly and helpful employees who go out of their way. A great place to grab a burger when you are in the middle of the action on Woodward.

Since the place always has a long line I thought it was better than it really was. The line was moving so slow, waited 15 minutes to order. The cashier was polite and helpful. Waited 10 minutes for the food. It taste average, nothing special.

2 stars is generous out of respect to the Shake Shack brand. It’s nearly impossible to grade customer service at a Detroit location because most are overwhelmingly sub par. Shake Shack can only hire from the pool of resources in the city. The young person in the photo is supposed to be cleaning the lobby. This is a woefully ran place and not the best representation of your brand.
