We went to ShakeShack recently with my family and mom. My kids have allergies, and Antoine and a co-worker were great about making sure that the food we ordered had no allergens. When the food was brought to us, we realized that we were missing one order of fries. Even though they had not charged us for this, Antoine got us the fries and said it was on him! Later, as we were leaving with my mom (in a wheelchair), Antoine held the door open for us and wished us a good day. We all felt he had done a great job, so kudos to him. We would love to go back there the next time we go downtown.
Tried my old favorite for the first time in more than 10 years. It was crowded with young people and the wait was relatively long. The patty was a bit burnt and less juicy than it used be. It used to be that with each bite into the burger, flavor of meat spread throughout the mouth. But this time around it was less satisfying.
