Shake Shack Downtown Cleveland

First time trying Shake Shack was quite surprising. Double Shack burger, fries and a few samples of shakes. Burger was a solid 9.3, a touch to greasy on the bottom bun. But the flavour of the beef was shocking. There is no comparison between this burger and a in&out burger. Staff was amazing at this location, came around and gave some samples of new shakes coming out and when the learned we were from Canada they took great care of us.

Amazing first experience! As a Canadian we do not have access to shake shacks. Both the shake burger and fries were exceptional. We also got to try some new seasonal shake flavours they were testing out. Everything was a 10/10 including the custom service.

Cleanliness did not seem the top priority and seems like they were under staff. Restrooms are locked and you need a code for access. The environment may be because it was a holiday weekend and a home Guardians game. There are tablets for you to order from which makes it very convenient. Food quality was great and was very similar to any other shake shack.
