Why would you waste your time going to the Blaze Pizza on the corner when you can have certified traditional Neapolitan-style pizza? Like, I know people are all about arguing whether NY or Chicago Pizza is best - they're both wrong. The best is Napoletana! My fiance and I tried this and weren't disappointed. It's not the absolute best pizza Napoletana that we've had (that goes to a spot in Dallas, TX), but it's still damn good. I recommend the Margarita DOC!
Love the soft and chewy Neapolitan style pizzas here. The crust is blistered and foldable and serves as blank canvas for the toppings. The salads are fresh and meats are perfect with the delicious focaccia bread. Buon appetito!
We ordered 2 salads and two pizza's to share amongst 3 adults. We knocked out the salads but couldn't get through the pizzas. Everything was spectacularly delicious. I can't recall the names of the salads, but the pizza's were a Margherita & a Settebello. Authentic Italian style pizza's with crunchy thin crusts. Salads are pictured ????
