Serafina Italian Restaurant 77th Upper West

Fabulous food! Great pasta and burgers. Very professional wait staff!

I came here for lunch during the week on a Thursday. We ate a pizza pie each. My pizza pie, the “Tartufo Nero” ($32) was really yummy! My hubby’s pizza pie “Di Vittorio” ($29) was decent. Service was really good! The restaurant looked very clean. To me personally Serafina doesn’t really feel warm or lively. Maybe during dinner time there’s more life and atmosphere, that’s definitely possible. But I don’t necessarily see us coming back as Serafina mainly offers pizzas and pastas. Even though the menu has a lot of choices, the dishes don’t really stand out if that makes sense. It was a nice lunch for that day, as we came from AMNH, but we’re just fine with the $16 pizza pie around the corner from where we live.

You could make better Italian food at home. Service was great. If they stop cutting corners on ingredients, it could be a good restaurant again.
