09/12/21: 4.85 out of 5 - It's been awhile since I've updated my review for Seoul Korean Restaurant. Always been a fan of the variety of banchan, but I still believe that the Kalbi is one of the tastiest I've had in all of Oregon. I do enjoy the grilled mackerel (Godeungeo-gui), as well. Otherwise, just very tasty food all around. The service at Seoul Korean Restaurant is also attentive, friendly, informative and just very helpful. At the end of every meal out, I always ask myself and those that I'm with, "Would you come back?" The answer? Absolutely! Definitely suggest to try Seoul Korean Restaurant once and decide for yourself. This is very bad Korean food. Taste nothing like Korean food. I am from Korea and this is terrible. Portion and side dish also no taste…. I will not go there again. Waitress or cashier was rude and way she talk. She should not be in service work.

Delicious food was generous portioned, served piping hot. The combo tofu stew set offered two dishes to richen the dining experience. The hot stone bibimpap was decent but seems to lack something to give it the 5 stars. Nevertheless, this is a nice place to dine in. Hot tea was complementary served.
