I'm Korean and I've been looking for a good Korean restaurant for a while. I've been to a few but none of their dishes tasted like how they're supposed to taste. However, every dish in Seoul Garden tastes exactly how they're supposed to taste. They're authentic and simple. The servers are very nice and the place is clean. Overall, I had the experience that I was looking for in a Korean restaurant here.
I took my Korean friends to the Seoul Garden restaurant for the first time. Though the atmosphere is casual the quality of the food is outstanding and the recipes authentic. We were all delighted with the short ribs and prime beef bulgogi. The service was wonderful and the owners were so friendly. We will definitely return to Salt Lake for another delicious dining experience!
It was my birthday and my sister was treating me. Korean is my favorite ethnic food. So we decided to try this place! Upon entry it's obvious that it's a new start up with few, simple decorations. It's clean and a positive open atmosphere. Yun or Jun(I may be spelling her name incorrectly) was our server and was VERY helpful with explaining the menu, entrees and recommendations! She was attentive, genuine, and kind. The food was SO GOOD!! The arrangement for some of the entree's was lacking a bit, but the taste far outweighed that slight. An excellent entree in particular is the octopus...WOW! Their kimchi is good! Cost is in the moderate range. I think very worth it for the quality and quantity. The best way to enjoy the food is to savor every bit. Try not to shovel in the food, despite a generous serving. But rather enjoy every flavor and let the food linger on the palate! YUM! I'll be going there again!
