Señor Pollo Restaurant

I live in Phoenix and I decided to order food for my friend and his daughter in Las Vegas this morning and didn't find very many options. What I did decide on was this spot for early morning delivery and they had no problem catering to my request despite it being a bit of a drive from North Vegas to my friends address. Needless to say, being kind doesn't need reviews but it's a nice gesture and good karma. I will say even though I had I hearty breakfast already, reading my order for my friend made me hungry again!

I ordered a burrito that had a piece of plastic wrapper in it. They also missed a part of my order. I called them to let them know that I found a piece of plastic in my food and they did not send me the salsa for my chips. The guy I spoke with was completely disinterested and did not offer to make amends in the slightest. I placed the order through Eat24 and when I told them what happened, they immediately refunded the cost for the food and apologized for the inaction of the restaurant.

Do not order over the phone or online. I ordered food online through their webpage at 6:37pm at 8:22p a very rude guy called said he had a delivery and asked for the gate code. I gave it to him and opened the gate. After he rang the bell i opened the door and he handed me the food and didnt even say anything, turned around and walked away. I told him to wait and still gave him $5. Not that he deserved them, because he was just plain rude but because he had already driven here. The food was horrible. Everything was cold, the tacos were all saggy, tortillas just falling a part and cold meat. The so called Pozole was horrible! So greasy and had no taste at all. There was more fat in it that meat. Before all of this happened, i called to check on the order at 7:59pm she said she would check on it without asking for name or anything. I am guessing they have caller id and can "track" it that way. She had me on there waiting for 16 minutes!!!! Not on hold, im guessing just put the phone down
