nice little pub located in downtown plymouth. a relaxing and cozy vibe in the dining room. very nice staff, fast service, and good irish food. jessa was my server and she’s phenomenal and had some great recommendations for us.
If you want waitresses dressed in skimpy clothes then this is the place for you. I picked this place because it was supposed to be an authentic Irish Victorian style restaurant. Our waitress ignored more than she took care of us even though she was quite friendly with her other tables. I will say after complaining to the manager she took off the appetizers from our bill. I was very upset that the hostess went & told our waitress that we were complaining about her so she was visibly upset was even more rude afterwards. If this is the quality of service from this restaurant then I will not go back and I do not recommend it
Rather disappointing. My niece and I stopped in for a late lunch after a day of shopping around Plymouth. The food was pretty good and the atmosphere is what you would expect an Irish pub to be. The service on the other hand, was not to par. The restaurant was not busy enough at 3:30 for us to have been forgotten. We were not checked on during our meal, no offer of refills on pop, water or coffee with our dessert. Normally I would be very forgiving, I understand the service industry is still taking a hit after the shutdown and many are overworked. However, while leaving I looked around the bar area and there wasn't a single table sat, just a few people at the bar. No reason whatsoever for the poor service.
