Scooby's Hot Dogs

Best Chicago style hot dogs in the world. I cannot visit Illinois without having at least a few. The owner Mr. Scooby is such a nice man and you can tell he loves his business and his customers. Keep up the great work and the amazing food! Side note- if you can’t afford to eat out then make your own food at home. People complaining about the prices are ridiculous and should go work more so they can afford to eat out. It’s called inflation…

Had to try this place since I thought people said their dogs were Great. What a major disappointment, people taking the orders are rude, very expensive for hot dog joint, hot dog bun was dried out. The fries were overly greasy and mushy and their Polish sausage was just horrible. Unfortunately we will never be back to this place. Rarely do I post a one-star rating but this place was just horrible.

Stopped here after a day of hiking and my son loved it. Best banana shake we've ever had and tried our first pizza puff! So good! Loved the atmosphere. Staff was very efficient and very kind giving my son a bumper sticker and cap which he loved!
