Schoop's Hamburgers

Haven't had a Schoop's double cheeseburger in over a year. And this didn't disappoint! You just can't beat the way they make the burgers here the ends are just amazingly crispy yum! Perfectly complemented with condiments. The only thing that was just a little off where the fries. They were just a little bit too well done in my opinion but some people like them like that I like mine to be a little bit softer but they had a good flavor service was outstanding! And fast! I will definitely visit here before another year goes by

Like many, I’ve driven by Schoops and wondered about it. I should’ve just not gone in. On a positive, the decor is okay — like Elvis, Marilyn, Johnny Rockets-esque. 1. It was quiet like a library. No music. Very odd. 2. The food was not good. It lacked flavor. 3. I asked for Mayo on my burger and when I got it she gave me packets of Mayo. When I asked why she said something about the health department and not able to have Mayo out. Which I thought was weird considering every other burger place in the area just puts it directly on the burger. 4. It’s not a happy vibrant place. It seemed sad, like someone had just died. 5. It was overpriced for what I got. $20 for a burger and cheese fries and a coke. Not worth it. 6. The wait time wasn’t commensurate for what I ordered. It took too long. I will not be returning to Schoop’s, nor would I recommend it to anyone who was curious. I feel like this would be a good candidate for one of those restaurant rescue shows with Gordon Ramsey.

The burgers are delicious and the fries are delicious. Service there is good and friendly.
