Schlotzsky's

Schlotzsky’s itself is a wonderful sandwich chain, however, the people running this particular one are not doing a very good job. They messed up both online sandwich orders. They then told me they would fix one while I waited forever and then I finally just left when no one showed up to do anything about it. They were using day-old stale bread instead of fresh baked. Need we say more?

Food is usually pretty good, and the people are nice, they just need more help! My order took 30 minutes when promised in 10. On a lunch break, don't have time for delays like that. On top of that, they gave my order to a doordash guy. Had to get it back before he left. Pizzas used to be good, but now they put very few toppings on them. I really want to like this place.

We had the worst experience and will not be returning. First problem was trying to order on the app and the promo wouldn't work. Had to go into store to ask employee about issue with app. He said it was not working. I asked how to get the promo then and was told we could not. Then wanted to place an order but the guy running the register was more interested in playing with the wrapper on the drink cups. He would not even acknowledge us. I would have walked out at that point but promised a family member a pizza. Finally got to place the order. When it was ready we were never called. It just sat at the window. I happened to see it sitting so I asked an employee about it. Had to show my receipt and was told that wasn't it. We had to wait again only to find out that was our order. We only ordered the one pizza due to problems we decided the rest of us would order from somewhere else. I did contact corporate office about our visit and waiting on response.
