Sbarro

My fiancé and I went here today for a quick little bite before we did some shopping. Right away, we were not impressed! The cashier didn’t greet us for starters. When we finally decided what we wanted, I said “hey! How are you?” No response on her end, just a eye brow raise and an annoyed energy. Whatever. What made us extremely disgusted was watching one of the associates throw shredded cheese in a bin to use with his BARE hands. NO gloves! Then the same guy continued to cut a pizza with no gloves again. Touching the crust. You would think to avoid breaking sanitation protocol and to avoid Covid exposure, they would have gloves on. Never eating here again! Avoid at all costs if you don’t want food poisoning.

The pizza is awesome and the service is fantastic! The owner John is extremely friendly. We had a Build A Bear party in this mall and ordered a few pies for the girls after. John was so accommodating and appreciative. I would highly recommend this Sbarro because John goes above and beyond for you! And the pizza is delicious too!

Food is good but the service sucks. The lady burned my stromboli and didn't put the sauce on the side like I asked. Then made a rude comment. The guys are rude also
