Was recommended by a long time local resident. We had salmon & vegetable with side of rice and I also had matcha latte. The salmon dish was great, when sprinkled with hot pepper powder. I am used to Japanese rice so I have to say this rice is hard and not sticky enough. The matcha was weak, not like in Japan (it is a Japanese drink).
The service was real nice. The food was really good, and so was the Thai Ice Tea. You can also order for takeout. I will definitely be going back.
Love the place. I've done Thai all around Reno/Sparks for years and none of the them are constantly as good as Sawasdee. The price is also very reasonable, I've had Thai meals that cost almost double what Sawasdee charges and Sawasdee still beats them.
