Sauce Pizza & Wine

Seriously disappointed that anyone would think that something this burned would even be edible. And the employee's excuse was "that's how they've been coming out lately"...yet, the pizza at the next table over had a gooey cheesy pizza...and our pizza was supposed to have extra cheese. Speaks volumes when employees aren't doing their job (watching the oven), and others think it's ok for people to pay good $ and even tip for "no service" and "excuses". Needless to say, this pizza was not eaten, and was left on the table when we left.

I had a very pleasant visit at sauce. They were very busy, but that didn't make the employees seem any more rushed, and they were very willing to answer questions. They also have kept the place very clean. I ordered the hand stretched pig pizza. I really enjoyed it. It was cooked perfectly and had lots of toppings. The only problem was that it was hard to find seating because it was so busy. This has been the best pizza I have had in quite some time.

We ordered takeout from here and we're fortunate to snag a parking spot right across the street (iykyk!) We arrived right on time and they had everything ready for us. We ordered the Caesar salad, regular cheese pizza, and that cool looking potato one. The crust was pretty mediocre. No seasoning at all - I swear Domino's and Pizza Hut offer better crust because they actually PUT SEASONING AND/OR GARLIC SAUCE ON THEIR CRUSTS. That's why I prefer those types of pizza places versus "fancier" pizza places (sue me idc) We enjoyed the cheese pizza but said we wouldn't get the potato one again (maybe because the olive thing was on it?) idk it just had a weird flavor to it. Salad was a salad - nothing to write home about.
