They were scooping raw chicken out of a plastic tub that was not refrigerated. The employee was taking deep scoops to where his has was partially submerged in raw chicken, and then touching peoples’ plates as he served them. Gross and a major safety hazard!
It's more or less a bit of Japan on a small budget but it doesn't take away anything on the quality of the food. It has a limited menu but it's in very much the same tradition as going into a Japanese restaurant and seeing the food prepared as you are waiting and watching.
They definitely have downgraded with the portion a bit. They don't give you half as much as they used to. I had to go back and pay for extra meat. I.wish I had taken a pic before it was added.
