Santa Ana Fresh Mexican Food

The food is quite good, but I’m leaving this review because — sneakily — and without even a note on the credit card reader of an added credit card fee of .75 per transaction - this restaurant wants to offset their fees paid to Visa / MasterCard by charging the consumer a fee - which would be fine if there was a notice and/or verbal communication from the employee when a credit card is used. Completely maddening. I’m tired of restaurants doing this. Restaurant owners: Stop doing things like this! It destroys your credibility and comes across as stingy and cheap.

We got the shredded pork hard tacos plate and the chicken hard tacos plate. Their food had good flavor, which was refreshing. I have kind of gotten used to plain tasting Mexican food, since very few places season their food anymore. They also give a lot of food. It is nice to have a good Mexican place back in La Verne!

Best burrito I have had in a long time. Fast and very good customer service. Whoever was on that grill today made some great food. 5 stars all day!! Thank you
