Santé Restaurant

I recently discovered this restaurant and was thrilled to learn that Santé had vegan offerings. We ordered two cocktails. I had the skinny Margarita. It was ok. Not bad, but not amazing either. It looked strangely like a celery juice martini! Lol Anyway, we then had the olives and the crudite with whipped eggplant (no cheese.) It was a gorgeous presentation! But my husband didn’t care for the dip. He thought the eggplant tasted a little off. Like it had been in the fridge for a few days and was starting to ferment. I thought the dip was ok, but thought maybe it was the olive oil they drizzled on it that was throwing him off. The olive oil didn’t taste good. We both ordered the crispy polenta cake. It was very good. Not mind blowing, but good. We also ordered a side of fingerling potatoes and those were a little underwhelming. They were roasted perfectly, but lacked any seasoning. I had to request some salt and pepper for the table they were so bland. I’m sad this review

I was recommended to go to this location from a friend. First walking in it was a great atmosphere and busy. So make sure to have reservations or you will be sitting at the bar area. The staff was wonderful and super kind. Celina / Grant took great care of us at the bar. They have non alcoholic wines and beverages for you and the menu is full of vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free options along with organic vegetables and meat sourced from cruelty free locations. This is a great place to meet friends and have a healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner. Walking out you will find that you can but supplements and healthy drinks to take home with you.

Was initially a little intimidated by the menu. However, our server help guide us through the menu and helped us make choices bad upon our palate and preferences. Food was delicious. Simple menu items with an unexpected flair. The cornbread was phenomenal! Came out hot and buttered to perfection!
