San Jose Restaurant

I was so excited to try this place at the direction of my coworkers. The parking lot is a bit crazy. You go in 1 side to the back of the building then leave out the other side. Once entering the restaurant, not 1 single person acknowledged my existence. I walked up to the desk and just gave my name. My order was $25 for 2 items which was a bit pricey compared to my meal I Normally get at Monterrey. I got home opened my containers and was disappointed. The steak tacos were supposed to have the lettuce on the side but they were loaded with all the items I instructed to be on the side. The fajita nachos had the extra bell peppers and onions but there was little to no cheese sauce on the dish; therefore, it was dry and not what I expected. This was a wasted trip and a waste of my money because my favorite dish was thrown in the trash. The kids ate the tacos nor caring about wilted lettuce or anything else. I doubt I'll be back again to spend $25 for nothing worth eating.

The food is good but ALWAYS check your carry out orders! They are notorious for forgetting things. Previously it has just been tortillas or other little side items but tonight they completely left out the tacos on a combo number 10. Didn’t want to bother going back up there but really frustrating. How do you forget to include the MAIN part of an order?? ????????‍♀️

The drinks and food has always been good and fresh when I eat here. I had the steak fajitas and peach margarita.. I just hate their prices have gone up but hey so is everything else, sucks but I still recommend this location
