Samurai Japanese Steak

This place was good, although you don't get a much good as you do at other hibachi places. You still do get quiet a bit of food. They only have onion soup which was good but I was hoping for miso soup. It's okay though. The food was good and the service for hibachi was faster than average hibachi places that I've been to. I'll definitely go back. Please give them a try at least once and if you like it definitely go back again.

If you've been to a hibachi then you know what to expect on that front. What sets this apart is the food here is delicious! I ordered hibachi steak and sushi rolls. The sushi was very good and the wasabi was great. You should try it out. Tell them I sent you, and it won't change a thing ????.

The customer service at this establishment is absolutely horrible. I came in with my family for a nice evening dinner only to be disappointed by the waitress and cook taking the incorrect order. On several occasions I made the chef aware that he did not have my steak that I ordered on the grill. He continued to cook and did not follow up with the waitress until the end. The waitress then proceeded to be further confused by her lack of knowledge in knowing the menu options and choices . Once I made a complaint to the manager she still refused to fix the issue or offer any sort of compensation for my inconvenience and charged Full price for my meal. They NEVER have to worry about a recommendation from me and I will be posting this experience in my FB group chat. Unacceptable.
