First visit here recently me and a friend. We were upset cause they don’t carry yum yum sauce. Also our waiter wasn’t the best at all! He lacked patience and communication. The amount of food they give is not worth what they are charging. I have been to other hibachi restaurants and left satisfied and very full. Overall our experience was okay! I did like the sweet tea. An the restaurant was spacious and nice.

Attended a birthday celebration here last week. We had a party of about 20. Once half the party arrived we were seated (about 15 min later). This is where the roller coaster begins. Once seated we were greeted and provided our drinks. Some time later soups and salads were brought out. About 30 minutes later we placed our orders. About an hour to an hour and a half later cooking begins at our tables. Prior to this, we were informed it was last call and did we want to order anything else. My God! I don't know! I haven't gotten my first order!!! This grill is still cold!!! Once the cooks arrive they were pretty good. Our table had the best of the two. The others chef provided little to no entertainment. On the upside...drinks were kept full and the food was tasty. Good enough to return? Probably not. I don't like waiting two hours for my food, and being rushed through my meal, by being offered to go boxes. I felt it was rude.

Our overall experience was just ok. We've been to a few Hibachi grills so we are aware of the process. We made reservations but our table wasn't ready when we got there, no big deal BUT there was no communication or apology. Once seated our waiter was lacking in basic knowledge and information about the menu. Our drinks took the longest to arrive and we had to ask other servers to find our server to get even a water refill. Our Hibachi chef was good but the food was just average if that. We do understand that we are still in a pandemic but it certainly should not affect the food quality!
