Sam's Sun Sandwich

Great little hole in the wall Mediterranean food stop. The grape leaves were incredible. The gyro delicious. And the falafel was very good as well. I'd include pictures but the food was too good to wait. The owner was incredibly nice and accommodating and honestly buying my food from here made me feel good after interacting with them. If you're in the area it is well worth the stop for a delicious meal.

Ordered the large gyro. Definitely should have ordered the regular sized one. Was definitely a big portion for a great value. Very delicious. Also ordered baba ghannouj (not pictured), the spices they use in it are delightful and I'd definitely order again. Owner was SO nice. Honestly even if the food wasn't amazing, I'd want to go back just for how nice he was.

That was the freshest food I've ever had at a restaurant. The tomatoes tasted fresh off the vine, the pita tasted like it was just cooked that day, and if they had told me they made the feta themselves I would have believes them. I absolutely loved the gyro, and highly recommend the side of feta cheese. And I cannot express enough how friendly the gentleman at the counter was. I really felt like he appreciated my business so incredibly much, and will absolutely be going back again. Love this place!!!
