Sammy's Beach Bar & Grill

It's an airport restaurant. Food is double the price, but it wasn't bad, it was average. (Range $14 to $20 for sandwich or appitizer) ( still limited menu like less than 8 total items to choose from) I felt really bad and sympathetic for the waitresses, only two were on shift. You can tell they are still under staffed and were having a bad day. Alot of the restaurants here at Cleveland airport are still closed.

Ok listen, airports are busy and no one really expects a 5 star meal. But, please at least be clean. Tables were nasty! When the waitress came and took a wet rag and wiped out table off, it was soak and wet and then she placed the menu right on top of that! So you can imagine how yucky that was. I had a burger it was decent, tasted like a frozen patty to me. The plate had a huge crack in it and another was dirty. The staff seemed nice enough, but the establishment just got the basic stuff wrong-cleanliness. If you’re running an eatery and you come across a plate that is broken, it’s time to get new dishes- don’t dare serve somebody on that! Gross!

Simply put, it was awful. Wife got a burger. I got the chicken BLT. Both of our fries were cold. Both buns were hard. Chicken wasn't even big enough to fill the bun. Several bites consisted of bread and lettuce. Wife's burger came out with no tomato, onion, pickle as per menu. Tables were sticky. not from needing wiped down. Like there had been a cover that was removed. Felt like a glue. One waitress serving 15 plus table. No to go boxes. Got a piece of foil. The meal sucked. Find somewhere else in the airport to eat.
