The fried chicken wings were horrible… old chicken

*Meh* Shrimp roll was super greasy (had to wipe it off with a paper towel), the wontons in the soup were mushy, and the twice cooked pork was a little fatty. Gave it 2 stars because it was delivered on time.

I had ordered three fried chicken wings along with shrimp fried rice for my sunday afternoon meal. The lady on the telephone had poor customer service. Instead of greeting me, she answered the phone" Pick up or delivery?" That is not the first thing that should come out of your mouth when you're answering the phone, and I am tired of it. Shoop, greet me first, I am about to spend my money in YOUR services. Second, the delivery driver is a robot. He does not interact as a human being, the First thing he does is hold his hand out for my card, I would have been wrong if I had pulled back and made him greet me the right way like he had manners. Anybody else I order from knows how to interact with me, greet me and ask me how I am doing. It's not complicated, that's etiquette customer service, I should know because I work in customer service. How about a thank you and have a great day. That's the third time I received service like that, but never again from them, this is where I draw the lin
