Saltgrass Steak House

Food and service was excellent!! Rib Eye was cooked to perfection and seasoned wonderfully! My loaded baked potato was superb, and I really liked how my salad was served in a chilled bowl. It made the veggies crispy and fresh. Our server, Juan, was amazing. We will ask for him on our return visit! Kid-friendliness: Loved the bean bag toss area for the kids! Parking: Plenty of parking!

This was our first visit to this location. I enjoyed the food and our server, Chris was very good. I am giving this 3 stars because there is a "manager" that I think needs to work on his people skills. I was asked if I wanted to join the Landry's club by our server and was given a brochure. I decided to go ahead and join and followed the directions on the pamphlet to join online via the app. I was told by our server that we could get a card that day and he would let his manager know to bring me one. The manager came and he said "I hear you wanted to purchase a club card?" I said "yes and I filled it out online." At this point he just turned around and left abruptly. No explanation or any niceties at all. Our server then came back and explained to me that since it was done online that it would have to be mailed to me. I'm not sure why this manager couldn't have kindly explained that to me instead of being irritated about the misunderstanding. There seemed to be a lot of "manage

I ordered two steak salads to go. I was advised when I placed my order it would be 20-30 minutes. It took 50 minutes for the order to be brought out. When I got home there was no dressing included with my order. My steak was cooked perfectly but my wife’s steak was cooked very well done. The area where they have people waiting for to go orders is very cramped as people at the bar and dining tables are in the same area. I probably will not do a to go order there again but will give the on-site dining a chance in the future.
