The man at the counter had horrible customer service skills, what could’ve been an easy transaction was very stressful. For one, I told the man as soon as I pulled up that I would like to scan my QR code so that I may receive my points. He instead decided to run my card causing us to have to void the transaction and restart. Afterwards, he was still unable to scan my QR and said he couldn’t locate my number even though I double checked it was the correct number under my account settings. This however isn’t the main problem, I am very understanding & know working drive through is a stressful and high demanding job and sometimes electronics glitch. The issue is when he proceeded to ask us where we were from and when we answered he said “I can tell” in a condescending tone. This is unacceptable behavior from any employee working in an establishment. Had it been another person in my place, I am sure the better business bureau would have been contacted.
