This is a perfect example of why I should always read reviews before visiting a restaurant. I echo the one star ratings from most recent reviews. I paid over $10 for a side salad with a great deal of wilted, soggy lettuce. I left hungry and angry. Oh, and with diarrhea.
I was not impressed by my first take out/visit to Salad Works. There was barely any cheese on my salad, the bacon was completely raw and I had to pick it all off, the portion size was small, and I was just not impressed by the taste/appearance of it. It was $12 plus tip etc. Lettuce is so cheap, so to pay this I want a good portion of what I ordered and cooked bacon. I'd rather go to Chopt instead, which was amazing
These salads looked as if a preschooler was given a list of ingredients and told to go to a salad bar. The serving size was that of side salads. 20 dollars for two appetizers created with little effort. Never coming back
