Salad and Go

I always order the same thing and it’s never the same. This place used to be really good and consistent with their food but I don’t feel that way about it anymore. I went this morning and asked for the same thing I always get and that server there was very rude and had attitude. I am definitely not visiting this place again.

I'm so let down. Ever since this restaurant concept opened I was overjoyed. Over the past few years I've seen the quality and the service dwindle I keep returning thinking it's a one-off. Today I'm reminded again of the lack of checking orders before they hand out the food. Barbecue ranch salad missing almost all of the options no black beans no pico no avocado no corn no tortilla strips and no salad dressing. I understand prices of everything has gone up, but the amount of protein is so much less than it used to be so I compensate by ordering double protein and and the amount of chicken on my salad today is less than a single order portion used to be. I should have realized seeing the same gal who is either a lead or a manager today that my order is screwed because she hands it to me and never checks. I'm not forget again and probably not return. This place is phenomenal. Salads are made fresh. Can get chicken that's organic or tofu which variety of organic veggies. Super size portions. Salad dressings are fresh made as well. Vegetarian options: This fresh made salad to go place used fresh organic ingredients. Love it Parking: A carry out place predominately has limited outdoor seating. Fast and economical
